What can you help me plan and book?
I assist with hotels and resorts, cruises, tours and activities, airport shuttles and private transfers, rental cars, day trips, restaurants, and travel insurance. Whether you’re starting from scratch or just need help finalizing the details, I’ve got you covered.
What if I like planning and booking trips myself?
That’s great! I’m happy to collaborate and support you as much (or as little) as you need. In some cases, I can offer exclusive preferred rates or perks on bookings. If you prefer to go fully DIY, be sure to check out my recommendations on the Self-Book page.
Do you book flights?
Generally, no. Many travel advisors, including myself, have moved away from booking flights due to rapidly changing airfare pricing and availability, and strict airline ticketing rules. Flight booking often requires immediate action, making it more efficient for travelers to book directly. However, I am happy to offer flight recommendations or refer you to trusted specialists for premium economy, business, or first-class tickets.
What does the custom trip planning fee cover?
The planning fee covers personalized itinerary creation, expert recommendations, booking support, and ongoing assistance for your trip.
How far in advance should I contact you?
For the best experience, it’s best to contact me at least 6–8 weeks before your trip. However, I’m happy to help with last-minute planning when possible.
Do you specialize in certain travel or places?
I specialize in couples and solo travel, honeymoons, and family vacations, but I’m experienced in planning a wide range of trips. Regionally, I have personal expertise in Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and South Korea.
